Delivery & Returns


STANDARD UK DELIVERY- . £7.95+ VAT. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service for small orders and DPD, UPS or DHL with Next day delivery for larger orders.  We ship Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays!  The cut-off time for the same working day  ( excluding weekends & bank holidays) shipping is 12 noon. 


STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY-  Wholesale customers:

individually quoted by country per box up to 30 kg. Multiple boxes will be quoted on request or on a pro forma invoices.

Volumetric weight factors apply to Rates. Shipments will be charged according to the higher actual or volumetric (dimensional) weight per piece. DHL calculates volumetric weight (in Kilograms) by dividing the piece volume (in Cubic Centimetres) by 5000 (or Length x Width x Height (in cm) / 5000). 

We use DHL Economy SELECT EXPORT

To complete your Export documentation correctly we require full information from the customer in advance. If incorrect information is provided we cannot take responsibility for custom clearance issues.  Wholesale customers outside UK are welcome to organise their logistic service. We will provide full product information before shipping.




International deliveries & Wholesale customers: Please note the above prices will automatically be added to your web order. If your shipment needs more than one parcel (box) for shipping, you will be contacted to arrange further payment. All Prices are excluding VAT!

If your country is not listed above please contact us for a quote. We can offer Express and Express saver service -worldwide.

Preparation of your order: We aim to get orders out for delivery up to a maximum of 2 working days of payment, but depending on how busy we are can be sooner or longer than the stated above time.

We deliver our products nationally and internationally via Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, and DHL. 

 RETURNS

We hold 30 days return policy from issuing the invoice. Any goods returned under the terms of the sale must be suitably packed as new and with the nature of the fault ( if any) and the full name and address of the customer clearly indicated. Goods are returned at the customer's expense in the condition they have been purchased. We do NOT offer ''Sell or Return'' on our stock. Please make sure you indicate the order number so we can allocate your return. You can use our web return form (click here) to start your return. 

In event of a return please contact us via the online form or email to receive your RT number and return address. This will help us to deal with your return quicker!

*Please do not place any labels directly onto shoe boxes or original product packaging, failing to comply with this will lead to the packaging cost being deducted from your refund amount.
